Sorry I haven’t been posting much!
We’ve moved and are kinda homeless at the moment LOL ( staying with family) – still waiting to hear about the house we made an offer on.
And my computers power cord died! We’ve bought 2 over the past few weeks once I realized it was going to die, but neither fit.. And now it’s dead. Got another one coming soon, I’ll be glad when it’s here. This post is coming to you from my iPhone… It’s good but not the same, it’s hard to collect my thoughts to write anything on this.
We are settled for the moment and I’ve got a nice big work room all to myself for now, that combined with the lack of a computer to distract me has helped me get a lot of work done this weekend.
I promise once I get my computer back I’ll post a better update with some pics. In the meantime, I have been posting updates and stuff at my twitter, if you’re into that kind of thing 🙂
Anyway, here’s a costume update. The traveling dress is traveling again and very wrinkled (again). But the corset is finished now. Here’s a shot of it: (I was apparently too lazy to get off the couch.)
AND! Here’s the bodice put together and pinned on. First sleeve also pinned together and pinned on to see how it was looking. I’m so pleased with how it’s coming together.
Will you guys still be going to D*con in a month? I haven’t seen you all year and it won’t be the same if I don’t see you once this year for pictures! ^_^
